Last Saturday Adam and I headed to the Chapin Lakehouse for a little rest and relaxation. It was so nice to "get away" even though it is only about 15 minutes from our house. The above picture is Adam doing pretty much what we did most of the time.Saturday evening my mom, dad, Aunt Ruth, Aunt Renee, and Courtney came over. We hopped in the boat and headed to Rusty Anchor Marina for dinner. It was so neat to boat over to dinner. The weather was great and the company was even better.

We slept in and the next day we just enjoyed the lake...and the watermelon, of course!
It was a great weekend and I hope to go back very soon!
